The temperature
sensor is not
appropriately
positioned.
The measurement
target's resistance
value is changing due
to the temperature, for
example because the
room temperature has
not stabilized.
The measurement is
affected by thermal
EMF.
Delay is inadequate.
Zero adjustment is not
accurate.
Values are being
affected by route
resistance or
thermoelectric power
due to two-terminal
measurement.
The offset setting is
incorrect.
The measurement
leads are not
connected properly.

Solutions
• Move the temperature sensor
closer to the measurement
target.
• Position the temperature
sensor so that it is not
exposed to wind.
• If the response to the
measurement target's
temperature change is
slower than the temperature
sensor's response, increase
the response time by
covering the temperature
sensor with something.
The temperature sensor's
response time is about
10 minutes (reference value).
Turn ON temperature
correction (TC).
Turn ON the OVC function.
Set the delay longer.
Perform zero adjustment
again.
Perform zero adjustment.
Turn scaling off, or
reconfigure the setting
properly.
Check the connections.
