6-2 Main components introduction

1. Cab:
The cab is of a full width integral type cab, and elastically connects to frame with four rubber
cushions. The driver seat is used with before and after, and backrest angle adjustable hydraulic shock
absorber backrest seat, the front windshield is a large area of laminated safety glass, an electric wiper
is installed at the lower part of window, and each rear window is installed on the left and the right side
of rear wall. Cab assembly the all-covering softening interior is assembled in cab, the sun visor, lamps
and radio equipment are mounted, and the rearview mirror assembly is mounted on the two sides. All
the electrical control and instruments are on the dashboard, the door opening angle can be 85 degrees,
and an electric type structure of the door glass is used. The rubber sealing strip with good sealing
performance is used on periphery of the door frame, which has good sealing performance.
2. Support:
690/700 high-strength steel and large cross-section sheet frame cross-section structure are adopted,
increasing the carrying capacity of the frame and refining the local structure;
3. Transmission system
Dual countershaft gearbox and end-face tooth drive shaft transmission form is adopted, ensuring
smooth and reliable transmission;
4. Braking system
The steering form is 8×4 (the first and second axles for steering), with mechanical + hydraulic
power.
5. Braking system:
Dual-circuit pneumatic brake, front-plate and rear-drum brake, together with the engine-assisted braking, with high
braking stability, more safe and reliable driving.
