Pressure gauge:

Operating handle and pedal:

Crane operating mechanism Working light:
1. On or not.

Arm end light:
1. On or not.
2. Installation condition.
Outrigger lifting cylinder:
1. Natural retraction in lifting operation.
2. Natural decline in the course of driving.
3. For oil leakage.
4. Function of fluid operated check valve.
5. Pipe joint is loose or not.
6. Noise and loose.
7. Outrigger plate for deformation and damage.
Fixed outrigger, movable outrigger box, outrigger horizontal cylinder:
1. For deformation and damage.
Outrigger mechanism
2. Movable outrigger box fixing pin and pin sets are loose or not.
3. Bracket for deformation and crack.
4. Noise and vibration.
5. Hose and hose connection is loose or not.
6. For oil leakage.
Control valve:
1. Action situation.
2. Pipe joint is loose or not.
