Inspection items
Operating lever and switch:
1. Operating status.
Driving device Slewing Power take-off device:
1. For looseness and oil leakage.
2. For abnormal noise and heating.
Brake：
1. The braking performance.
2. Deformation and wear of connecting rod.
3. Lubrication is normal or not.
Slewing joint:
1. Oil leakage.
2. Slewing status with or without abnormal noise, vibration and heating.
Mechanism 3. Conducting state between carbon brush and slip ring.
Reducer and slewing mechanism:
1. Oil quantity and oil pollution.
2. Crack, deformation and oil leakage of gear box.
3. Abnormal noise and vibration.
4. Loose parts in installation.
5. Hydraulic motor working pressure is normal or not.
6. Oil pipe joint is loose and oil leakage or not.
Boom derricking cylinder:
1. The pivot pin has wear and damages or not.
2. Pivot pin lock bolt is loose or not.
3. For oil leakage.
4. For vibration and noise.
Boom luffing mechanism 5. In lifting operations whether oil cylinder is naturally retracted.
6. Hose for aging and deformation.
Balancing valve:
1. For oil leakage.
2. For pulsating.
3. Pipe joint is loose and has oil leakage or not.
Main arm:
1. Crack, bending and damage.
2. Boom bottom pivot pin lock switch bolt is loose or not.
Telescopic mechanism 3. Sliding surface with or without scratches.
4. Pivot pin sets have wear and damages or not.
5. Sliding surface lubrication state.
6. Boom support has deformation and crack or not.
