10-6-3 Auxiliary lifting mechanism operation (left control handle)

Press the telescopic and auxiliary winch switch S17 to the ON position, or press the right handle telescopic
and auxiliary winch button (the function of the button is telescopic in bouncing state), while stepping on the
telescopic and auxiliary winch footswitch in the cab by foot. The hook lowers by pushing the left handle forward,
and the hook goes up by pulling backward the left handle. The speed is controlled by the handle and accelerator
pedal(see Figure 10-17).
