7. Upper crane portion operating room
The new steel control room has good sealing and corrosion protection, providing safety and
comfort. The fully enclosed front view window is equipped without vision dead corner and adopts
safety glass and a scroll sunshade. The push-pull slide door is added the sliding pedal below the door,
with more humanized layout, providing safe and convenient personnel access. The operator seat
backrest can be positioned, with a lever mounted on the armrest on both sides of the seat. The standard
control member and indicator are distributed according to the ergonomics.
8. Swing mechanism:
It is provided with the realizable free trackslip swing mechanism. The swing mechanism adopts a
planetary gear speed reducer and a normally closed brake, drives the straight tooth type slewing bearing
through a motor and the hydraulic system is collocated with a buffer valve, which can achieve a free
rotary and stationary fretting;
9. Safety device:
This machine is equipped with torque limiter system, a height limiter device, a outrigger latch
device and an electronic level meter, allocated with a lighting device for the nighttime operation; it is
provided with an international first-class technology self-fault diagnosis function automatic moment
limiter, a wire rope over-release and over-volume, a height limiter, a outrigger latch device , an optional
anemometer and a level, as well as various working conditions of operation indication and alarm device
so that the operation is safe and reliable.
10. Hydraulic system:
The machine adopts an open type hydraulic transmission, the main pump is variable pump
supplemented by fixed displacement pump, to meet different needs. The upper crane portion hydraulic
system adopts the pilot hydraulic proportional control mode, the main hoisting motor system uses
the variable pump and variable motor system, with constant power control, also can realize heavy-
load low speed and light-load high speed. The system is controlled by hydraulic proportional load
feedback multi-channel reversing valve, and the main operating valve is the load sensing multi-channel
proportional reversing valve. When the pressure difference changes between the pump outlet and load,
the oil distribution disk inclination of the variable pump is changed by changing the load feedback port,
and change the pump discharge amount. Constant power variable pump control is adopted, the pressure
and flow of the pump is automatically adjusted to the optimum size by the load of the pump, so that
greatly enhance the control performance and energy efficiency.
