10-8-2 Main crane boom luffing operation ( right control handle )
Pull the right control handle rightward, the boom falls; pull the right control handle leftward, the
boom lifts ( see Figure10-20);
Luffing boom lifting speed is controlled by the control handle and the throttle; the boom falling
speed is controlled by the control handle, the engine is idle, and nothing to do with the throttle size.
