10-8-3 Relations between main crane boom elevation angle and total crane weight
and working radius
When doing the auxiliary boom installation and magnification transformation operation needed
to lower the crane boom, one should extend outriggers, retract the crane boom retracted to a fully
retraction state, fall the crane boom down, after finishing the required installation, lift the crane boom
up, and then extend the boom to a desired length.
The working radius increases when fall the boom, while the rated total crane capacity reduces; the working radius
decreases when lift the boom, while the rated total crane capacity increases.

10-9-1 Operating precautions

a. Before starting the slewing operation, one should check the outrigger lateral span if it fits the
specified value in the rated crane capacity table.
b. Must ensure sufficient slewing working space.
c. Before doing the slewing operation, one must remove the rotary table lock device (lift the rotary
table mechanical lock).
d. When starting and stopping the slewing operation, one should slowly pull the left control
handle.
e. When no slewing operation, the slewing brake removing switch S12 must be closed.
