11-1 Fuel and engine oil

a. Type, amount and time for engine oil filling of engine is shown in "Users' manual for
engine". For the machine leaving factory, the oil filling type is CH – 4, and quantity of about 30-33
liters，for type CF-4 quantity of about 20 liters
b. Engine refueling type is shown in "Users' Manual for Engine", and fuel tank volume is 350
liters.

11-2 Hydraulic oil

a. Replacement interval for hydraulic oil

The product is of full hydraulic drive type, so the hydraulic oil quality, viscosity and clearness is
very important to the normal work of the crane. If you ignore the hydraulic oil replacement, it will be
extremely easy to lead to the various kinds of machine faults, and seriously shorten their working life.
Our company will not assume all consequences caused by replacement and filtration of hydraulic oil
not abiding by this manual.
● Hydraulic oil should be timely filtered or replaced whenever you find the serious
hydraulic oil pollution.
● Appropriate hydraulic oil should be chosen according to environment temperature.
b. Hydraulic oil temperature
The highest working temperature of hydraulic oil is 80℃.
c. Hydraulic oil quantity
Hydraulic oil demanded quantity is about 900 liters, and kunlun brand hydraulic oil is
recommended.
