Inspection items
Drum:
1. Crack.
2. Wire rope disorder.
Auxiliary arm:
1. Crack, bending and damage.
2. Connecting pin and pin sets lubrication state.
Hook and pulley:
1. The hook rotary situation.
2. Deformation.
3. Beam swing is normal or not.
4. Beam and hook connecting condition.
5. Deformation of trip preventer.
6. Pulley rotary (with or without abnormal noise).
Lifting mechanism
7. Pulley for crack and wear.
8. Pulley bracket and shield for bending and damage.
9. Lubrication situation.
Wire rope:
1. Diameter.
2. Broken wire.
3. Kink.
4. Deformation.
5. Corrosion situation.
6. Leashes, wedges position is correct or not.
7. Wire rope and leashes connection conditions.
8. Leashes shaft pin and bushing for wear and crack.
9. Wire rope rounding the pulley is normal or not.
Hydraulic tank:
1. For looseness and damage.
2. Crack and leakage.
3. The oil, pollution degree and viscosity.
Hydraulic pump:
Hydraulic system 1. For looseness and damage.
2. Abnormal noise, vibration and fever.
3. For oil leakage.
4. Inlet line whether sucking air or not.
5. Oil supply pressure is normal or not.
6. Pipe joint is loose and has oil leakage.
