7.4.11 Information
This submenu shows all receiver related information hardware and software version. It also displays
technical information from CASN ID.
Please refer to the information given on screen when you call a hotline support. The support center
employee might ask for the information given on screen.
7.5 CAS INFO
Smartcard Information
This menu section is only accessible when an HD+ smartcard is inserted into the receiver. It provides
information about the HD+ smartcard and status of credit. Please consult your installer or card provider for
information regarding the usage of your HD+ smartcard.
NOTE:
Always make sure to insert the smartcard with the golden chip facing down.
Mail List
This submenu allows you to read messages from the operator.
NOTE:
Messages from the operator will be displayed at the upper left corner of the TV screen, showing
the
icon. Press
Use the p q buttons to select the message and press OK to open and read it. Press RED to delete all
messages from the list. Press GREEN to move up one page in the list. Press YELLOW to move down one page
in the list. Press BLUE to delete the selected message. Press button to return to previous step. Press
exit the menu and go back to viewing mode.
