Description The [ESC] $ command removes all user-defined characters from the
printer's memory. After the user-defined characters are canceled, the
internal character set is printed.

Description The [ESC] > <n> command enables or disables the user-defined
characters. The internal character set is printed.

[ESC] y <11>
Description The [ESC] y <11> command replaces 30 characters in the currently
selected character set with OCR-MA3 characters. OCR characters are
only available in NLQ mode; NLQ mode is automatically selected when
OCR is enabled.
Note 1: Do not switch out of NLQ mode until after the OCR characters are
disabled. Other fonts do not contain these characters and will not print
correctly.
Note 2: The characters printed by the Ithaca
format defined in the ANSI X3.111-1986 Standard. They should be
printed in ten or 12 cpi. By enabling enhanced print, the characters have
improved definition but print at a slower speed.
