Connecting Power

This product is intended to be supplied by an approved power adapter or DC power

source. This adapter is rated at 10 Vdc - 36 Vdc, 7.7 -1.31 A and has a Tmax of 70°C

(158°F). If you need further assistance or information, please contact Advantech.

Note!

It is recommended to choose a 120 W adapter when selected iDoor

expansion module(e.g. PCM-24R2PE) is installed. Recommended PN:

96PSA-A120W24T2-4.

Follow the following instructions:

Insert the positive and negative wires into the V+ and V- contacts on the termi-

nal block connector.

Tighten the wire-clamps' screws to prevent the DC wires from coming loose.

Take the following guidelines into consideration before wiring the device:

The terminal block is suitable for 12-24 AWG (12 A). Torque value 7 lb-in. Use

copper conductors only.

The temperature rating of the input connection cable should higher than 95°C

(203°F).
