This document is intended for personnel installing the Baicells Nova430e Outdoor 4x250mW eNodeB (eNB)
product. The product overview is followed by the procedures for properly installing, performing basic
configuration, and verifying the eNB is operational. Please be advised that only personnel with the
appropriate electrical skills and experience should install this device. This document is based on software
version BaiBLQ_3.0. The Nova430e model number is pBS3101SE.
