– chapter 2, Important safety information, page 19 explains the various safety instruction
levels and provides general instructions on safety, which need to be strictly observed.
– chapter 3, Product description, page 29 provides an introduction about the modular
concept of the PCS6000 as well as a functional description of the main power
components and the related control and protection devices.
– chapter 4, Transportation, storage and disposal, page 43 provides information on
environmental conditions to be maintained during transportation and storage,
together with instructions for packing, unpacking, lifting and moving and special
requirements for storage. In addition, information on disposal and recycling of material
as well as on temporary shut-down and decommissioning of the PCS6000 is given.
– chapter 5, Mechanical installation, page 65 and chapter 6, Electrical installation, page
67 specify the requirements for the installation site, gives an overview of the foundation,
cabling, cooling and other equipment and gives instructions on mounting the PCS6000.
– chapter 7, Commissioning, page 89 provides information on preparing the device for
commissioning.
– chapter 8, Operation, page 95 describes an overview of the start conditions as well as
the alarm and fault handling.
