In this case, you must check whether:

the unit has been switched on;
•
the infrared transmission window at the unit and at the
transmission unit are clean;
Press Yes to search for a RadEye. You may also select the
COM-setting in the Configuration / Com settings... menu.

Once the SENTINELRadEye.EXE program has been started,
device parameters are displayed on the screen.
