If there is a faulty connection between the unit and the com-
puter, the program shows the error message "Data transfer to
instrument fails"
In this case, you must check whether:
•
the unit has been connected;
•
the unit has been switched on;
•
the infrared transmission window at the unit and at the
transmission unit are clean;
•
the correct serial interface has been selected.
Select the required interface, press OK to acknowledge the
error message. In the window that is displayed now, select the
Configuration / Com settings... menu.

Once the RadEye.EXE program has been started, device pa-
rameters are displayed on the screen.
