Bath Environment

Locate the Bath in an appropriate environment free of dirt, drafts, extreme temperatures, and
temperature changes. Place the Bath on a level surface. Allow sufficient air circulation around
the Product. Leave at least 15 cm (6 in) of clearance.
To prevent personal injury, beware of accidental fluid spills. The top surface of the
Bath is hot at high temperatures.
Use a fume hood or other adequate ventilation system to remove any vapors given off by hot
bath fluid. Silicone oils require additional ventilation to prevent an oily, dirty environment.

Tipping Prevention Bracket Installation

To create the safest possible use conditions, the Bath comes with a Tipping Prevention Bracket.
The installation of the bracket is required for compliance with the international safety standard
IEC 61010-1, Section 7.3 Stability.
Install the bracket per
the bracket is installed, slide the back casters of the Bath completely into the bracket caster slots,
see
Figure
1. Lock the front casters. Gently push on the Bath to make sure that it is securely
locked into the tipping bracket. If you have questions about the installation, contact Fluke

Installation On A Wood Floor

The wood floor installation kit includes lag bolts. Use the bracket to mark the hole placement and
drill three 3 mm x 25.5 mm (1/8 in x 1 in) deep pilot holes. Use the lag bolts to install the bracket
to the floor. Make sure to install the bracket so that the Bath has a minimum 6 in of clearance for
air circulation, see

Installation On A Concrete Floor

Use a concrete drill and concrete drill bit to drill three 1/4 in x 1 3/4 in deep (approximately
6.5 mm x 32 mm) holes into the concrete floor. Use the bracket to mark the hole placement. Drop
the flare anchor bolt into the hole. Tighten the screw to expand the anchor in the drilled hole to
secures the bracket. Make sure to install the bracket so that the bath has a minimum of 6 inches
of clearance for air circulation. Screw the bracket securely to the floor, see
