ADJUSTING SHOULDER HARNESS STRAPS HEIGHT
Correct fitment of the harness is very important as it restrains the child in the restraint. The headrest must be
in the correct position and the harness must fit firmly around upper torso of the child and be positioned so as
to leave the child's arms and legs free.
For forward facing mode the shoulder strap slots need to be nearest to the child's shoulders, but not lower
than 25mm below the child's shoulders. If your child has reached the upper shoulder height marker then refer
to page 16 for next type of restraint.
Disconnect the shoulder straps from the strap connector (see page 30) one at a time and re-thread the strap
to the next slot. Remove the accessories (if fitted) when adjusting the straps.

FORWARD FACING

The shoulder straps must be in the
slots which are nearest to the child's
shoulders, but not more than 25mm
below the child's shoulders.
IMPORTANT:
Always adjust the height of the shoulder straps as the child grows.
