3.2.1 Cooling

Any LGA 1700 cooler can be used for the CPU. In this case please use our X-Bracket for cooler
mounting. Alternativly to the available CPU coolers our standard heat spreader can be used, which is
available in a threaded and non-threaded (through hole) version.

Kontron provided ECC as well as NON-ECC memory modules, please take care, if your module
