1. Install the flush front light. Connect the main wire harness to the flush front
light.
2. Using a 5/16 inch socket, install the 2 (10#) bolts to secure the flush front
light to the chassis.
3. Using a T30 torx driver, install the 2 (1/4 inch) bolts to secure the front
bumper to the chassis.
4. Connect the battery by installing the positive cable first, then the negative
cable to the battery.

The front flush mount light is an LED type light. It is supplied battery voltage
through the light switch on the control panel. Battery voltage should be supplied
on the red wire and the black wire should have continuity to ground.
Voltage Drop Test - A voltage drop test is a more accurate way of testing for
circuit integrity. It is performed by hooking the common lead of your digital
multimeter to the battery ground and using the positive lead to back probe points
in the circuit to measure available voltage. Measurements taken pre-load should
read within .5 volts of battery voltage while measurements taken post-load
should read less than .5 volts.
B+ = Any measurement within 0.5 volts of battery voltage.
0V = Any measurement between 0 and 0.5 volts.
