Critical errors require immediate attention. Other errors indicate that the
system is not functioning correctly.
Warnings indicate that the user may be inconvenienced during device
operation. Errors and warnings may occur simultaneously. Errors appear in
red; warnings appear in light red.
If an endpoint is in an error state, the Error icon appears in the Alert column
and the list of errors appears on the System Alerts tab. If an endpoint is in a
warning state, the System Alerts tab displays the list of warnings. The SE200
can be in multiple states at the same time. The specified state determines the
icons that display.
• In a help state, the Need Help icon displays.
• In a combined error state and help state, the Need Help icon displays.
• In a combined error, warning, and help state, the Need Help icon displays.
• In an error-only state, the Error icon displays.
• In a combined error and warning state, the Error icon displays.
• In a warning-only state, the Warning icon displays.
The Need Help icon only appears in the list area, in the Alert column.

Description
The number of CRC errors that have occurred for each
channel during the current call.
The number of synchronization errors that have
occurred for each channel during the current call.
The type of call (audio or video).
