Field Description
Video Rate Used The actual bandwidth being used for video data.
Video Frame Rate The number of video frames per second.
Video FEC Errors The number of Forward Error Correction (FEC) errors that
have occurred in the call.
QoS
Total Packet Loss The total packet loss experienced during the call.
% Packet Loss The percentage of packets that are lost in relation to the total
number of packets being sent over time.
Audio Packet Loss The packet loss experienced in the audio portion of the call.
Video Packet Loss The packet loss experienced in the video portion of the call.
Audio Jitter The jitter experienced in the audio portion of the call.
Video Jitter The jitter experienced in the video portion of the call.
