In a scheduled point-to-point ISDN call from a resource to a guest,
only one endpoint displays as connected in the Conference Monitoring
screen, because device information is not available for an endpoint
that the ReadiManager SE200 system does not manage.

Muting and Unmuting a Participant

You can mute and unmute the sound to a conference for a registered
participant. The audio icon shows the current status of this setting. For details,
see Table 4-5. This icon appears only when the conference is running on an
external MGC.
Note:
This option is not available to users with the Scheduler role.

Display the list of conferences.

Select the active conference you want to change and click Manage.
Fields in Add External Participant Dialog Box
Description
Name of the guest.
Type of connection. Options are:
H323 (IP)
H320 (ISDN)
Select the dialling method. Options are:
Dial-Out. For this method, the MGC dials the guest.
Dial-In. For this method, you must communicate the
dial-in number and pass code to the guest.
The number with which the guest can be dialed.
