To add a guest to an active conference

Display the list of conferences.

Select the active conference you want to change and click Manage.

On the Manage Active Conference screen, click Add Participants.

In the Add Participants dialog box, click External Participants.

Enter the required information. For details, see Table 4-4.

Click OK.
The guest is added to the conference.

Click Close.
