Column Description
Type The type of device. Options are:

Note: H.323 (IP) cards and IP blades in MCUs are assigned
the type Other.
IP Address The IP address of the device.
Video Number The ISDN number used to call the device. The method used
to obtain this number displays on the ISDN Assignment Type
field in the Device Status detail area at the bottom of the
screen.
Alias The default E.164 alias of the device or the default H.323 ID,
when there is no E.164 alias.
Site The site on the network in which the device is located. Sites
are defined in the Administrator View.
VIP
Details for the selected device display at the bottom of the Device Monitoring
screen. You can select the type of information to display. The types of available
information are:
• Device information and status
• Call information and statistics
• Alerts, which include errors and warnings for all Polycom devices and
component information for MGC cards
• Video feed verification for a Polycom device during a video conference
call when remote monitoring is enabled for that device
