Thermocouple Inputs using a Millivolt Source

Refer to Figure "Wiring Connections for Thermocouple Inputs using a
Millivolt Source" and wire the controller according to the procedure
given in Table "Set Up Wiring Procedure for Thermocouple Inputs
using a Millivolt Source".
