CAU TI ON
Boiler weight exceeds 140 pounds ( 63.5 kg) . Do not
lift boiler ont o wall wit hout assist ance.
Lift boiler using chassis. Do not use front j acket ,
N o t e
vent piping, water or gas fittings to lift boiler as it
m ay cause dam age t o t he boiler.
Use two (2) wrenches when tightening and fitting
N o t e to pipe boiler's threaded fittings. Boiler's internal
piping can be dam aged if subj ect ed t o excessive
t orque.
4 .3 W a ll M ount ing
1.
Decide posit ion of boiler on t he wall allowing for all
required clearances and flue terminal position.
2.
Tape t em plat e t o t he wall. Ensure t em plat e is level and
upright . Mark posit ion of holes for boiler m ount ing bracket
and plum bing connect ions.
Rear exit flue - mark position of hole for flue.

Side exit flue - mark horizontal center line of flue across

t he wall t o side wall, t hen along side wall ( ensure lines are
parallel and sloped properly t owards t he boiler, refer t o
section 6. This will give position of center of hole for flue.
Cut hole in wall for coaxial flue. See sizing below:

• 75, 100, 115, 125 & 150 - 4 3/8" [ 110 m m ] diam et er
• 165 & 205 - 5 5/16" [ 135 m m ] diam et er

Pre- pipe supply and ret urn wat er connect ions wit h fact ory
fittings before wall mounting.
7.
Mount boiler on wall using wall m ount ing bracket included
wit h unit .
8.
Adj ust t he posit ion of t he boiler verify it is level and plum b.
