Standby-power Cable
IMPORTANT
Make sure the standby-power cable is connected to the backplane and Thunderbolt Interface card.
If the Thunderbolt Interface card fails to turn ON you could be having a bad Thunderbolt Interface
card, faulty backplane or a defective standby-power cable / wires.
