Input Audio Configuration
When configured, the analog audio input signal is converted to 16‑bit, 2.0 LPCH, with
48 kHz sampling frequency, and embedded onto the HDMI signal. Embedded audio from
the HDMI input can be configured individually or globally.

When an input is selected, audio transport over HDMI can be configured to operate in one
of two modes. Each input can be configured individually for any of these two modes:

TMDS Output Audio Configuration
The embedded TMDS audio output over the TP output can be enabled or disabled via SIS
commands (see
Embedded Audio
Analog (default) — The analog audio input signal is digitized and embedded onto the
HDMI signal.
Digital — The digital audio present on the HDMI video input is passed unaltered.
Auto (default) — The digital audio embedded on the video signal is used. If the digital
audio is not detected, the analog audio input is used.
If digital embedded audio content is not present on the HDMI signal and analog audio
is present, the analog audio is embedded onto the digital output. Analog audio is not
transported simultaneously over the DTP output.

Follow input selection (default)— The analog audio input is associated with the

input 2, or input 3.
