0: No filter applied

1: Moving average filter

2: Repeating average filter
■
3: Lowpass Bessel filter (not supported by sensor)

4: Lowpass butterworth filter (not supported by sensor)
■
5 to 99: reserved
■
100 to 255: manufacturer specific (not in use)
