Object 1800h to 1801h: Transmit PDO Communication Parameter

This object contains the communication parameters for the PDOs the CANopen device
is able to transmit.
Sub-index 0: Number of PDO-parameters implemented

■
Please do note, that storing all parameters (1010h.1, Save all parameters) will overwrite
the cob-ID with 180h+Node-ID. In order to save a COB-ID different from this pattern use
1010h.2 (Save communication parameters) instead.
