COB-ID used for emergency message (Emergency Producer).
Please do note, that storing all parameters (1010h.1, Save all parameters) will overwrite
the cob-ID with 80h+Node-ID. In order to save a COB-ID different from this pattern use
1010h.2 (Save communication parameters) instead.
