3. Applying slight pressure, insert the ("new") micro memory card into the slot of the SIMOTION
C until it snaps into place. Make sure the beveled edge of the micro memory card faces the
ejector (see the following figure).
4. Switch the power supply module on again.

Note
With the SIMOTION C240 / C240 PN, the micro memory card must always be inserted for
operation.
For the purpose of data backup, the contents of the micro memory card can be copied to the
hard drive of a PG/PC with an MMC card reader.

Requirements
• You have completed installation and the wiring of your system with SIMOTION C.
• The micro memory card is inserted.
• The mode selector must be set to STOP!
