Custom Box (Send)

Each function is displayed in the Body when Global Navigation is selected.

Functions
Configure the
settings for file
format and FAX
transmission when
sending from the
Custom Box.
Image Quality
Configure the
settings for density,
quality of copies, and
color balance.
Function
File Format Specify the image file format. Image quality level
can also be adjusted.
Fax TX Resolution Select fineness of images when sending FAX.
Job Finish Notice Sends E-mail notice when a job is complete.
Fax Delayed Set a send time.
Transmission
File Name Entry Adds a file name.
Delete after Automatically deletes a document from the box
Transmitted once transmission is complete.
FTP Encrypted TX Encrypts images when sending via FTP.
Email Encrypted TX Sends encrypted E-mail using the electronic certificate.
Digital Signature Add a digital signature to the email, using the
Email electronic certificate.
File Separation Creates several files by dividing scanned original
data page by specified number of pages, and sends
the files.
Fax TX Report Print a report of fax transmission results.
Resolution Select fineness of scanning resolution.
