Notes:
1)
Ensure that the air from the outside flows from the bottom to the top in the heat
exchanger.
2)
The air in the inside can flow either from the bottom to the top or from the top to
the bottom in the heat exchanger.
however, the flow from the top to the bottom will be better. The heat source
should be placed between the fan motor and the opening of the heat exchanger.
3)
Air speed inside the cabinet should be 2 m/sec or over at the point of @.
4)
When mounting, the heat exchanger should be sealed with packing, etc., to
prevent direct entry of outside air.
5)
Any obstacle near the fan motor or the opening of the heat exchanger will
reduce the air quantity, deteriorating the cooling capacity.
6)
Radiation volume by ventilation in the cabinet of outside air intake type:
W3 [W]
!
CAUTION
In the outside air intake type cabinet, radiation volume by ventilation is expressed by
the following equation.
W3 = 1000 × V × ∆T
V: Air quantity
∆T: Temperature difference = (Average temperature inside cabinet)
The outside air intake type cabinet may be used only in an
environment with little dust, oil and vapor and no corrosive
gas.
DO NOT use it in general factory environment because use
in such an environment will lead to a failure of the CNC
system.
