Power Supply

!
CAUTION
Input power supply: 200–230 VAC +10 %/–15 %, 3 phases, 50/60 Hz ±1 Hz or less
Power capacity of control unit
Power capacity of servo unit
Table 3.2.1 is the power capacity of the CNC system alone (including the display
unit). Power capacity of the entire machine is the sum of this value and the power
capacity of the servo system, the power drive circuit and spindle system.
The servo system capacity differs with the type of servo motor used and the number
of controlled axes.
Notes:
1)
See the servo connection manuals for the servo system power capacity.
2)
Especially when rapid acceleration is required, prepare primary power source
without voltage variation.
3)
When two (2) servo motors or more are controlled at the same time, figure out
the power capacity according to the combination of simultaneously controlled
axes and using the following equation.
Required power capacity [kVA]
Output power of simultaneously controlled motors [kW]
=
Rated output power (*2) [kW]
Be sure to use the power supply of 200 – 230 VAC,
50/60 Hz. If other line voltage is connected, you will
be struck by electric shock, a fire will be caused by heat
generation to destroy the devices.
