Reference Point Return
For the reference point return, CNC–PLC interface signals are used.
The reference point return comes in the following two (2) systems.
(1) Grid system (1-dog system)
(2) Near-zero system (2-dog system)
6.2.1
Grid System
The zero point (i.e., reference point) is established according to the grid points
based on the zero point signal of motor position detector. Normally, this system is
used.
CNC–PLC interface signals used
•
Decelerate start signal *DEC01 ~ *DEC04 (Addresses HF2A, HF22, ~)
Connect the limit switches to the PLC input module and input to the *DEC signal of
each axis by sequence program.
