About the CustomerInfo database

The Norstar system information is stored on your computer as a database file called
CustomerInfo. This file consists of records containing customer details and connection
properties for one or more Norstar systems. The database file is contained in a folder that also
contains other information specific to the customers, such as Workbook files and backup files.
You can create multiple databases. Each database can store information about multiple
systems. At any time you can view all information present in a single CustomerInfo database.
You can copy databases and customer records within databases, but you cannot move
customer records from one database to another existing database.
