Running ICSRT Tools for a specific customer

You can run ICSRT tools from the Customer Info screen from a specific record.
Select the Norstar Customer Info record to which you want to link.

Choose any tool under the Run Tool menu, except Workbook.

The Connection Properties screen displays with all fields filled with values that you entered
when you created the customer record.

If you want to change any connection properties that are different than the one entered on the

Customer Information screen, select the field and enter a new value.
Click on Connect to connect to a particular ICSRT tool.

Note: If you choose Workbook under Run Tool, then a For your information dialog
