Copying Norstar system details

This setting allows you to copy customer information from an existing Norstar System to a new
customer information record. In this way, you can copy the changes between two records. The
Copy Customer Information screen is similar to the screen used to add a customer to the
CustomerInfo database. The Copy Customer Information screen differs because you have to enter
a unique System ID. All other fields can be same.
To copy Norstar system information:
On the Customer Info screen, select the Norstar system you want to copy.

Choose the Customer Details menu and then select Copy.

The Copy System Details screen appears
In the System ID field, enter the system ID where you want to copy the data.

Choose OK to copy the system details to the CustomerInfo database and to return to the

Customer Info screen.
