Log on to the MCG 3100 Web Console using the Administrator
username and password.
Click Notifications.
In the Date field, type the date and time.
Example: 08/17/2007 3:28PM
OR
Leave the Date field blank to send immediately.
In the Title field, type the title of the notification.
