To log off from the MCG 3100 Web Console, on the main page, click Logout.

<hostname> is the name of the MCG server in FQDN format. The
Administrator provides the address to the users.
Press Enter.
Select the Device, Model, and Version of the software you require.
A list of files appears, which is sorted by version number.
Click the required file to begin downloading the software.
On the File download window click Save.
Navigate to the location where you want to save the file and click
Save.
Click Close.

Log on to the MCG 3100 Web Console as an administrative user.
Select the Tools tab.
Under Change Password, complete the following fields:
• Current password
• New password
• Confirm new password
The password is case sensitive.
Click Save to save the new password.
