In a redundant-server configuration, you manage each server independently
using separate Web Consoles. You can access the Web Console for the
redundant server from the Web Console for the primary server. For more

Action
Log on to the MCG 3100 Web Console as an administrative user.
Click the Gateways tab.
On the Gateways page, click Configuration for the Gateway Server.
The Gateway Server configuration parameters appear. The Active
ECS field indicates which Enterprise Communication Server (ECS)
is currently active. If you are connected to the inactive (standby)
system, this address is different from the local gateway address.
Click Backup Gateway Admin.
Log on to the backup MCG 3100 Web Console.
