Clear user messages
In the User window, you can clear the message queue for a single user or
multiple users.
There are various reasons to clear a user's message queue. For example, if
a user's message queue exceeds normal levels because of spam received
while the user is logged off, you must clear the queue. For more information,

Click Toggle License.
The permission status for the selected users changes to Licensed.
The users can attempt to log on and be allocated licenses.

Action
Log on to the MCG 3100 Web Console using the Administrator
username and password.
Select the Users tab.
On the Users page, select the check box beside the users whose
messages you want to clear.
Click Clear Messages.
The message queue is cleared for the selected users.
