50 Server status and statistics
Check the user statistics
The moment the server comes online, the system begins to record the
total number of system events (for example, incoming and outgoing calls,
presence changes) processed for each individual registered user. The
statistics are presented in graphical and numerical formats, as shown in
the following example.

OC
Indicates the total number of outgoing calls processed by the server for this user.
IC
Indicates the total number of incoming calls processed by the server for this user.
GC
Indicates the total number of group calls processed by the server for this user.
LGI
Indicates the total number of log ons processed by the server for this user.
LGO
Indicates the total number of log offs processed by the server for this user.

User statistics indicator
The system can record a maximum of 99999 instances of each event.
The graphical indicator reacts to the number of instances as follows:
•
0 to 60 instances—rises quickly
•
61 to 50000 instances—rises slowly
•
over 50000 instances—appears full
When the graphical indicator appears full, only the numeric indicator
changes.
Reset the system to restore the user statistics to null values.
Action
Log on to the MCG 3100 Web Console using the Administrator
username and password.
Click Users.
The User window appears.
Click the User ID for the user you wish to check.
