Manage user licenses

User licenses are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and they
remain allocated until the administrator deallocates them. Deallocation can
be temporary or permanent. After deallocation, the license can be allocated
to a new user. For more information, see

Action
Log on to the MCG 3100 Web Console as an administrative user.
Select the Users tab.
On the Users page, select the check box for one or more licensed
users.
Click Toggle License.
The system logs off the selected users, their permission status
changes to Not Licensed, and their licenses are available for
allocation.
