Software release history

The list definition capability was extended to permit the creation of lists

of walkaway codes, line of business (LOB) codes, and subgroups.

Additionally, this feature is extended to Network Access Partitions

(NAP) to create lists of agents in the network. The List Definition

window was improved to be more user-friendly (see Figure 22).
