Canadian French and Latin American Spanish languages are now
supported in addition to English (see Figure 16).

You can use keycodes to activate optional system features. A prompt to
enter a keycode appears whenever a system is upgraded from 3.x or 4.x
to 5.x, or when 5.x is installed on a new system.
A method for connecting Windows client PCs to the system over a LAN
allows PCs configured to use DHCP to access the CC MIS host. This
same feature allows multiple concurrent Windows sessions to access
different partitions on the same CC MIS host.
An Agent Detail Trace report was added to capture detailed agent
activity for selected agents.
