1 Installation

To set the position of the Counter Electrode

For best orthogonal Nanospray Ion Source operation, the
needs to be about 7 mm away from the end of the winged spray shield cap.
The instrument must be in Standby mode or turned off to do this step. Otherwise, the
WA R N I N G
spray chamber high voltage electronics will be energized and present a shock
hazard.
Before you begin, make sure that you have:
1 Loosen the four recessed Torx T10 screws which attach to the spray
